Our plugin gives you complete control over the HTML used to display listing pages. This allows you to rearrange property details, organize layout sections, and style your listings exactly how you want—ensuring your real estate site matches your branding and showcases information where it matters most.

How to edit the HTML

1. Sign into your WordPress website
2. Open your MLS® Listings on the left
3. Click the gear on the top right part of the screen
4. Click Listing Pages on the left of the popup

orei-photos-box-container

This container holds the full photo display area for a listing. It includes the main large property photo (orei-big-listing-photos-box), navigation buttons (orei-photo-previous and orei-photo-next), and the thumbnail image carousel (orei-thumbnails-carousel). You can customize this area to change how photos are shown, reordered, or styled within your listing pages.

This element is the left (previous) navigation arrow for the listing photo gallery. It allows users to browse to the previous image in the slideshow of property photos, enhancing the user’s ability to interactively explore the home’s visuals.

orei-photo-next

This element functions as the right (next) navigation arrow in the property photo gallery. It allows users to click through and view the next image in the listing’s slideshow, providing an interactive and user-friendly way to explore multiple property images.

orei-big-listing-photos-box

This is the main image container for the property’s listing page. It displays large, high-resolution photos of the home, giving visitors a clear and immersive visual impression of the property.

orei-embed-container

This container displays embedded media content such as YouTube videos or 3D walkthroughs (e.g., Matterport). If a listing includes media links, the plugin will automatically detect and embed them here, providing users with immersive, interactive viewing experiences right below the photo gallery.

This is the main container that holds all the core information about the listing. It includes the property address, price, property type, remarks, and detailed specs such as bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, heating type, and more. All individual data elements inside this container are automatically populated by the plugin, allowing you to rearrange, style, or omit fields as needed for your custom layout.

OREIListing_AddressAddressLine1

This element displays the first line of the property’s address, typically including the street number and street name. The plugin automatically inserts this value into the <div> or <h1> tag with this ID, making it easy to position the primary part of the address wherever you like within your custom layout.

OREIListing_AddressAddressLine2

This element displays the second line of the property’s address, such as unit numbers, apartment identifiers, or additional location details. The plugin automatically populates this <div> with the appropriate value, giving you the flexibility to include or position this detail wherever it fits best in your custom layout.

OREIListing_AddressCity

This element outputs the city where the property is located. It is automatically populated by the plugin and can be styled or positioned anywhere in your layout to suit your design preferences.

OREIListing_AddressProvince

This element displays the province (or territory) where the property is located. It is automatically filled in by the plugin and can be positioned anywhere in your custom HTML layout to match your design preferences.

OREIListing_AddressPostalCode

This element displays the postal code for the property listing. It is automatically populated by the plugin and can be positioned wherever you need it within your custom HTML layout.

OREIListing_Price

This element displays the property’s listing price. The plugin automatically inserts the correct value into this container, letting you position it anywhere on the page to match your custom design.

OREIListing_Synopsis

This element displays a brief summary of the property’s key features, such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For example, it might show “3 beds, 4 baths” to give users a quick snapshot of the home at a glance.

OREIListing_PropertyType

This element displays the type of property being listed, helping users quickly understand what kind of real estate is available. For example, it might show “Single Family” to indicate a standalone residential home.

OREIListing_PublicRemarks

This element displays the full property description written by the listing agent. It typically includes details about the home’s features, layout, finishes, and nearby amenities, providing a more personal and engaging overview of the property.

Orei-subtitle

This element is used to break up the listing content into clearly labeled sections, helping visitors quickly find relevant information. These subtitles act as visual headings for grouped data such as property details, embedded media, room layouts, and community info, improving readability and user experience on the listing page.

OREIListingLabel_ListingID

This element displays the label for the MLS® Listing ID, such as “Listing ID”, which appears next to the property’s unique identifier. It helps users and REALTORS® quickly reference or share the MLS® number for a specific listing.

OREIListing_ListingID

This element displays the actual MLS® Listing ID number for the property. It is the unique identifier used by the MLS® system to reference and track the listing—for example: A1234567.

OREIListing_TransactionType

This element displays the type of transaction associated with the listing, such as “For Sale” or “For Rent.” It helps users quickly understand the listing’s purpose.

OREIListing_BuildingBedroomsTotal

This element displays the total number of bedrooms in the property listing. For example, it might show “3” to indicate that the home has three bedrooms.

OREIListing_BuildingBathroomTotal

This element displays the total number of bathrooms in the property listing. For example, it may show “4” to indicate the home includes four bathrooms.

OREIListing_Kitchens

This element shows the total number of kitchens in the property listing. For example, it may display “2” if the home includes two separate kitchen areas.

OREIListing_BuildingConstructedDate

This displays the year or date the building was constructed. For example, it might show “Built in 1995” to help users understand the property’s age.

OREIListing_MaintenanceFee

This displays the property’s monthly maintenance fee. For example, it may show “$450” to indicate the recurring cost associated with property upkeep, such as condo fees. This value is often paired with OREIListing_MaintenanceFeePaymentUnit to show the billing period (e.g., “/Monthly”).

OREIListing_MaintenanceFeePaymentUnit

This indicates the billing period for the maintenance fee, such as “Monthly” or “Annually.” When combined with OREIListing_MaintenanceFee, it forms a complete statement like “$450 / Monthly.”

OREIListing_MaintenanceFeeType

Displays what the maintenance fee covers—such as “Condo Fees,” “Common Area Maintenance,” or “Association Dues.” This helps clarify what the recurring cost includes for prospective buyers.

OREIListing_LandSizeTotalText

Displays the total land size of the property in a descriptive format—such as “50 x 120 ft” or “1.5 acres.” This gives buyers a quick understanding of the overall lot dimensions or area.

OREIListing_LandSizeIrregular

Indicates whether the property’s land size is irregularly shaped. This field typically displays a value like “Yes” or “No” to help buyers understand if the lot deviates from standard rectangular dimensions.

OREIListing_BuildingSizeInterior

Displays the total interior size of the building, typically shown in square feet or square meters (e.g., “1,850 sqft”). This helps potential buyers understand the amount of livable space inside the property.

OREIListing_BuildingUtilityWater

Displays the type of water supply available for the property, such as Municipal water, Drilled well, or Cistern. This helps buyers understand where the building’s water is sourced from and whether it’s part of a public or private system.

OREIListing_BuildingHeatingType

Displays the type of heating system the property uses — for example, Forced air, Baseboard heaters, or Radiant heat. This gives buyers insight into the comfort and energy efficiency of the home.

OREIListing_BuildingCoolingType

Displays the type of cooling system in the property — such as Central air conditioning or None. This helps potential buyers understand the climate control features of the home.

OREIListing_BuildingFixture

Displays the types of fixtures included with the property — for example, Ceiling fans, Light fixtures, or Window coverings. This helps buyers understand what permanent features are included in the sale.

OREIListing_LandSewer

Displays the type of sewer system connected to the property — for example, Municipal sewage system or Septic system. This is important for buyers to understand the property’s infrastructure and any potential maintenance responsibilities.

OREIListing_StorageType

Displays the type of storage available with the property — for example, Garage, Storage Room, or Locker. This helps potential buyers understand what kind of storage solutions are included or available on the premises.

OREIListing_OfficeName

Displays the name of the real estate office or brokerage that listed the property. This typically appears as the “Courtesy Of” credit, letting visitors know which office is representing the listing.

This is the main container for displaying room-level information for the listing. It organizes and presents a breakdown of individual rooms—such as bedrooms, kitchens, and living areas—often including dimensions and features. It is typically shown under a “Rooms” heading and helps buyers get a clearer picture of the interior layout.

This element dynamically displays a full list of rooms included in the property listing. It typically includes room names, dimensions, and optional features (e.g., “Primary Bedroom: 12′ x 14′, Ensuite Bathroom”), and is auto-populated based on MLS® data. It works in tandem with the orei-rooms-container to present detailed room-level information clearly to potential buyers.

This section displays the sharing options for the listing page. It allows users to share the property via email, Facebook, or by generating a QR code—making it easier for visitors to spread the word or revisit the listing on mobile.

This container holds the individual social sharing buttons, including options for email, Facebook, and QR code generation. Each button allows users to quickly share the listing with others, helping drive more visibility and engagement across platforms.

This element displays the email sharing button. When clicked, it opens the user’s default mail client with a pre-filled message linking to the current real estate listing, making it easy for visitors to share listings directly via email.

orei-facebook-share-button

This element creates a Facebook share button. When clicked, it allows users to quickly share the listing to their Facebook feed, increasing the visibility of the property through social media engagement.

orei-qr-share-button

This element generates a shareable QR code linked to the specific listing. When clicked, it opens a printable QR code that potential buyers can scan with their phones to instantly access the listing page—perfect for open houses or printed marketing materials.

orei-community-container

This section displays community-related information for the listing, such as the neighborhood or community name. It’s helpful for providing buyers with context about the property’s location, often used to highlight desirable areas or local amenities.

OREIListing_AddressCommunityName

This displays the name of the community or neighborhood where the property is located—for example, “Downtown Toronto” or “Lakeview Estates.” It helps users quickly identify the local area, which can be a deciding factor for many homebuyers.
